We had a BBQ for two. Stacy made a dry rub for the New York Strip steak from Greek oregano, rosemary, and thyme from our garden, garlic, olive oil, pepper and this fabulous Hawaiian Black Lava salt I bought from Craig’s Market on Etsy
The cold pasta salad has become our summertime staple, so refreshing on a hot day. Just penne pasta cooked al dente, a spoonful of mayo, splash of olive oil, spicy brown mustard, lemon juice and a good douse of rice wine vinegar. Throw in tomato, olives, and peas. We added some yellow zucchini squash from our garden.
Last but not least we had buttery corn on the cob, need I say more? Delicious!
